Nutrition Program

New School combines the richness of Aegean cuisine with the warmth of a mother's kitchen. Using organic market products whenever possible, foods like pickles, tarhana (a type of dried soup mix), tomatoes, and tomato paste are prepared in the school kitchen by the meticulous hands of Aunt Ayşe. The daily hot, homemade menus prioritize children's healthy eating. Dining tables are carefully prepared with porcelain plates and glass cups; meals such as breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are meticulously prepared to meet the nutritional needs of children.
